The Vineyard

Nestled in the heart of the Winters Highlands AVA, Collina De Bella is the re-awakening of the England-Shaw family vineyard. Our 17 acres of meticulously cultivated vines are rooted in history and passion. With 12 acres of Syrah — including heritage rootstock from the legendary Lillie Langtree Vineyard, planted in the 1980s — and five acres of Tannat, planted in 2001, our vineyard has a rich legacy of producing fruit for some of California’s most celebrated wineries, including Rosenblum, Orin Swift, Turkovich, and most recently, ourselves.  Our own production using our old vine Syrah won Best of Class (96 pts) and Double Gold for Sunset Magazine's International Wine Competition in 2025.

Today, we’re proud to carry on the rich tradition that England-Shaw started, growing exceptional fruit that honors the unique terroir of the Winters Highlands AVA.
